Condolence & Memory Journal

The few times I have met and had the pleasure to interact with Mrs Fedora Tobio, she was very pleasant and outgoing. I would see Fedora and Jose often walk around the neighborhood and it was always good to learn about the history of the neighborhood. Mrs Fedora Tobio will be missed in the neighborhood and the community. My condolences to the Mr Jose and Tobio family. May Mrs Fedora Tobio rest in peace.
